The packages
The rates are theirs, printed on the page their menu calls Membership Packages, in Armenian dram, in the order it prints them. No entrance fee, pro-rata rule or tax line appears on that page, so none appears here. What each package carries is set out row by row below, in their words.
Gold
770,000 AMDUp to 5 attendees at meetings with government officials and international financial organizations, 9 member-to-member introductions a year, prime placement in the website carousel and member news, a full feature in the Business Magazine and a 30 per cent discount on magazine advertising.
Silver
400,000 AMDUp to 3 attendees at AmCham events, 6 member-to-member introductions a year, standard placement in the website carousel and member news, a half-page mention in the Business Magazine and a 10 per cent discount on magazine advertising.
Bronze
230,000 AMDUp to 2 attendees at AmCham events, 3 member-to-member introductions a year, basic placement in the website carousel and member news, and a company profile on the AmCham website.
The schedule of terms
Thirty entitlement rows, in their four groups and their order, with the quantity it sets against each tier. Where a cell is blank the chamber leaves it blank, which is how it says a package does not carry that row.

Who may join
According to the AmCham Armenia Charter (Section 4, Article 13), any legal entity may become a member of the Chamber if it meets one or more of the following criteria:
- Has an American investor among its participants or shareholders
- Has business interests in the United States
- Has U.S. citizens in its management bodies
- Supplies goods or services to the U.S. market
- Represents American investments in the Republic of Armenia
- Belongs to a group operating, listed, or established in the United States
Their application asks for a company description, the sector, the ties to the United States, the reason for joining, taxes paid in the previous year and the headcount, and asks an applicant to upload the documents that evidence the American tie. Applications are made on their own form and reviewed by the Chamber.

Their own page carries nine attributed quotations and six of the nine are from former presidents, which is itself a fact about a chamber that keeps its past chairs in the room. Seven are here; the other two are quoted on the front page and the about page.

How to apply
Their application is on their own site and is reviewed by the Chamber.
The chamber asks an applicant for the company details, up to three contacts, a description of the business in Armenia, the sector, the ties to the United States, taxes paid in the previous year, headcount, and documents evidencing the American tie. Nothing on this site submits an application.
Voting rights and a seat on the ballot come with every package.
Gold, Silver and Bronze all carry voting rights and eligibility to run for the Board of Directors. What changes between them is capacity, promotion and access.
