Founded in 2000, the American Chamber of Commerce in Armenia (AmCham Armenia) is the country’s leading independent, self-financed business association, representing a diverse network of over 170 member companies across all sectors of the economy. As a powerful voice for the private sector, AmCham Armenia is dedicated to fostering a transparent and favorable business and investment climate by actively championing its members’ interests before the Armenian government, international institutions, and the wider business community.
Operating with a dynamic, global outlook, the Chamber drives sustainable economic growth through close cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Armenia and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with European embassies, diplomatic missions, and key international organizations.
From its beginnings in 2000 with just ten founding companies, AmCham has grown into one of Armenia’s most respected and influential business associations.
