AmCham Armenia Committees serve as the strategic engine of the Chamber’s advocacy efforts. By mobilizing the collective expertise of our member companies, these platforms actively shape policy dialogue and contribute to a transparent, competitive, and business-friendly environment in Armenia.
How the committees work

Our committees comprise dedicated specialists from member firms and are chaired by members of the AmCham Board of Directors. To ensure both strong strategic oversight and robust member-driven participation, a Co-Chair is elected directly from the committee’s active membership.
Established in 2019, the committee platform operates on a two-year cycle. It provides members with a structured forum to raise industry concerns, drive priority agendas, contribute to national policy discussions, and draft targeted position papers that inform AmCham’s high-level stakeholder engagement.
To advance meaningful reforms, our committees regularly collaborate with diverse institutional partners, including fellow AmCham committees, government and parliamentary counterparts, international organizations, and leading business associations.

Each chair named here is named by the chamber itself: the Tax and Legal chair and co-chairs are printed on the advocacy page, and the other three are named in their own board members’ biographies and in their newsroom. Co-chairs are published for the Tax and Legal Committee only, so only that one is shown with them.
